Job description summary:
Expanding the customer base by preserving existing customers and seeking to attract potential customers to increase the bank's market share and maximize profitability to achieve a marketing strategy that is aligned with the bank's overall strategic objectives.
Main Tasks:
- Carrying out field visits to target customer segments and preparing reports on the visit and submitting them to the line manager
- Work on promoting and selling the bank's products and services and increasing the percentage of cross-selling to current and potential customers to achieve sales goals
- Provide the necessary comprehensive services to customers as quickly as possible, which are consistent with their needs and expectations, taking into consideration the commitment to apply all standards of service quality
- Address the problems faced by customers as soon as possible in coordination with the line manager
- Respond to all customer inquiries
- Preparing monthly reports that reflect the results of sales operations and the extent to which specific financial targets are achieved and submit to the line manager
Skills
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Marketing or any related field
- Practical experience not less than 6 months in the field of banking services and sales
- Relevant communication skills
- Relevant selling / promoting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer skills
