Design & Multimedia Assistant Manager

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in designing high-quality visuals, graphics, and illustrations, with a strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. You will be responsible for producing engaging content for various digital platforms, collaborating with a talented team to develop innovative campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Design high-quality visuals, graphics, and illustrations for digital and print media using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
•  Edit and produce engaging videos, motion graphics, and animations using Adobe After Effects for digital platforms.
•  Leverage AI tools to streamline the creative process and enhance the quality of visual content.
•  Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative campaigns and visually compelling content.
•  Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
•  Stay updated on current design trends, emerging multimedia techniques, and digital content strategies.
•  Maintain high design standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an advertising agency setting.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics production.
• Knowledge of additional design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and web design.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the creative process.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  A portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including digital and motion graphics work.
