Design & Branding Officer

Job Purpose:

Creating visual concepts and designs that align with the bank’s identity and meet the requirements of our marketing department and other bank’s departments.

Involved in the creation of engaging visual designs for various platforms of digital and print media including publications, web, videos, and marketing material for the bank organization.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Visual Identity Design: Creating and maintaining the visual elements of the brand, including logos, typography, color schemes, and other graphic assets.
2. Develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
3. Work closely with the team to ensure the alignment of the vision and objectives.
4. Developing visual concepts and designs that align with the bank’s identity and meet our marketing requirements.
5. Creating artwork, such as logos, packaging, and promotional materials.
6. Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate ideas and design techniques.
7. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain quality and accuracy.
8. Making sure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image and messaging.
9. Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive/Creative Media, Interior Design or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
3. Good command in listening, reading, spoken and written English.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
5. Organizational skills, attention to details and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
