Content Creator

Job Purpose:

Jordan Ahli Bank is currently looking for a Content Creator, where you'll drive impactful communication by crafting compelling content for diverse platforms. Your role involves understanding client needs, ensuring high-quality standards, and aligning content with the bank's strategy. If you're a creative professional with bilingual proficiency and a passion for impactful storytelling, seize the opportunity to be a key contributor to our dynamic team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research to understand the needs of clients and the target audience.
2. Write compelling content for clients and the target audience.
3. Edit and review content to maintain high-quality standards.
4. Generate content for social media, printed, and video content.
5. Ensure consistent writing aligning with the bank's strategy and the requirements of the target audience.
6. Drive brand consistency across all company communications.
7. Stay updated on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere.
8. Review and edit written content in both Arabic and English; for grammar, spelling, clarity, and accuracy to ensure high-quality output.
9. Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery across marketing channels (offline and online).
10. Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering content and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
11. Implementing basic search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve the visibility and discoverability of content online.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English languages.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Develops strong working relationships.
• Learns quickly and enjoys tackling new projects.
• Follows the brand style guide.
• Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to guide content decisions.
• Good understanding of marketing strategies and principles.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Attention to details.
